Periodically we may call to check up and make sure things are going well. Please do not hesitate to contact us when things are not. We understand things happen, we are here to work with you. Hammer, Harolyn, Milton, Moises and Kevin help keep the maintenance of the buildings in order. Please assist us by being fully cooperative. Sometimes the problem may not be in your unit but at times access to your unit may necessary to complete repairs. Your compliance in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Here are a few things to remember while living in a rental unit:
Plumbing is expensive. Please be kind and do not dispose of anything other than human waste in toilets, keep drains free of hair and make-up/shaving debris, and DO make sure to use a drain basket in the kitchen, bathroom vanity sink and bathtub. If you do not have these, please ask, we will gladly provide them. PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF GREASE DOWN ANY DRAIN! Dispose of grease as directed by safety disposal guidelines.
Please be kind to your outdoor surroundings. Do not dispose of garbage outside of designated areas. This includes cigarette butts. If you smoke outside, please field dress your butts. The filters on butts DO NOT decompose. Please dispose of them safely and in a proper fashion making sure not to cause a fire.
Do Not FEED ANY ANIMALS out of doors. This not only brings strays around it attracts rodents and as everyone knows rodents are no fun when they come indoors.
If you have pets and take them out doors to “take care of their business”, please be kind and clean up after your pet. If we find that you are not, we will fine you $50 for the first offense, $150 on the second offense and you will risk removal of the pet if found to continue after fines have been assessed.
If you have a parking space issued to you, please adhere to the parking rules and regulations. Only park in your designated spot.
Please keep your unit free of clutter, debris and cardboard boxes. Roaches are an invasive species and love dirty areas. Please keep your stoves, refrigerators, counter tops and cabinets clean.
While decorating hallways are always nice, please keep any Holiday decorations contained to your door and please don’t put anything in the hallways that could cause a tripping hazard for other tenants.
Rents are due on the 1st of the month considered late after the 5th. If you choose to pay after the fifth of the month a late fee may be assessed.
